These terms govern the use of the Kodeoo service, operated by AZURAVA, a SASU registered under SIRET number 937 750 974 00019, with its registered office at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

The service

Kodeoo is a content creation platform for real estate agents. It lets you create visuals and videos, customize them, download them, and publish or schedule them to your social media accounts.

Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You must be a professional and hold the rights required for the content you upload.

Your content

You remain the owner of the content you create and upload. You grant us only the technical permission to store it, process it, and publish it on your behalf when you request it. You warrant that your content complies with the law and the rights of third parties.

Publishing to social media

Publishing to Instagram and Facebook is done through Meta's services and remains subject to Meta's terms. You are responsible for the content published on your accounts. We cannot guarantee the permanent availability of Meta's services.

Acceptable use

• Do not publish illegal, misleading, hateful content or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to bypass the security of the service or disrupt its operation.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the service.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
