This policy explains what personal data Kodeoo collects, why, how long it is kept, and what your rights are. The data controller is AZURAVA, a SASU registered under SIRET number 937 750 974 00019, with its registered office at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France. Data we collect

• Account : email address and name, to create and secure your access.
• Brand identity : logo, colors, fonts, and information you provide to customize your content.
• Content : the text, photos, and videos you upload or generate, as well as the posts created.
• Social media accounts : when you connect Instagram or Facebook, we receive from Meta an access token and the identifiers of your Page and your professional account, in order to publish on your behalf at your request.
• Technical data : connection information needed for the proper operation of the service.

Why we use this data

• Provide the service: create, customize, and export your content.
• Publish or schedule your posts to your social media, only when you request it.
• Secure your account and provide support.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising purposes.

Data from Meta (Instagram and Facebook)

The connection to Instagram and Facebook is done through the official Meta login. We only access the permissions strictly necessary to publish content (managing the posts of your Page and your professional Instagram account). The access token is stored securely and is used only to publish at your request. You can disconnect your accounts at any time from the settings, which deletes the token from our servers.

Hosting and subprocessors

Your data is hosted with Supabase (database, storage, and authentication). We rely on Meta for publishing to social media. These providers act as subprocessors and process the data on our behalf.

Retention period

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. When your account is closed, or upon a deletion request, it is erased within 30 days, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@kodeoo.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Data deletion

You can request the deletion of your data at any time. The procedure is detailed on our Data deletion.

Changes

This policy may be updated. In the event of a significant change, we will inform you. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
