Data deletion

You can request the deletion of your personal data at any time. Here is how to proceed and what is deleted.

Disconnect your social media

From Settings then Social media, click "Disconnect" next to Instagram or Facebook. The corresponding access token is immediately removed from our servers and we can no longer publish on your behalf.

Delete your entire account

To delete your account and all associated data (account, brand identity, content, posts, and connections), send an email to contact@kodeoo.fr from your account's address, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and your identification information.
• Your brand identity (logo, colors, fonts).
• Your content, visuals, and videos, as well as your posts.
• The access tokens and identifiers of your Instagram and Facebook accounts.

Some data may be kept if the law requires it, then deleted at the end of the legal period.

Delete data on Meta's side

Disconnecting removes our access. You can also revoke the permission granted to Kodeoo directly from your Facebook account settings, in the connected apps and websites section.
